Welcome to Eating.London (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, alerts, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Eating.London. By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2) Our Service

Eating.London helps users discover and receive alerts for restaurant table availability. We do not own or operate any restaurants and are not responsible for reservation accuracy, availability, or fulfilment. Our platform simply provides alerts based on external availability data.

3) Accounts

You may need to create a Supabase account to access certain features.
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4) Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details. Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.

All payments are final unless required by law.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected systems.

6) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on Eating.London are owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7) Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted third parties such as Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication), and Twilio (WhatsApp alerts). Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8) Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the reliability or accuracy of alerts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eating.London and its operators harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account by emailing privacy@eating.london.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at eating.london/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
